Every time an error or settings window would pop up I'd have to switch screens for him to either see it or hear it. I actually was trying to get help on the program over Discord but the way Power Director and Audio Director are programmed, *EACH AND **EVERY, SINGLE, F#ING POP-UP** IS A DIFFERENT PROGRAM*.

IDK what other programs are out there but if they're anything like Audio Director, you're just flushing your money down the toilet and it's not a benefit. It also barely works and when it finally approaches working it heavily distorts the vocal components you're trying to get it to help with. *BUT* You can't multi clip audio clips so you have to copy and paste clips over and over again to either cut sounds out or mute them (but, y'know, why bother muting them when you're already having to clip them out(?ĭucking will automatically apply at the same exact specifications of the last clip you adapted ducking on to each and every audio clip whether you want it to or not and regardless of whether or not it's on the same audio clip line (of which you only get 3, btw, the mobile version is more powerful than the PC version) and regardless of whether or not you click the box asking it to. So, if you miss a sound by a couple of milliseconds you have to abandon all of your changes and then back out to get them back. If it is a trimmed clip, you can't make it longer, only shorter, from where it's at. So you have to pre-clip whatever it is you want so you can get a maximum of 5 seconds to appear. If you have a 20-second clip, you get whatever fits on the little screen and you can't zoom out-only in. You get to sample the beginning of the clip and then f# you.Īutdio Director is absolute garbage and only gives you a sample of the clip that you're trying to work on. It's straight garbage and it doesn't do anything, including looking at the entire clip you've selected.

The mini audio editor is more garbage than Audio Director. They will not auto-adjust to the fact no one needs 10 seconds of transitions because no one is using this basically free program to edit Hollywood-length anything of note-it will just sit there and stare at you like the idiot you are for putting any money into this. The easiest one to explain is the fact you have to and change the transition times in settings because they're set by default to 10 seconds meaning that if your clips combined are less than 10 seconds they just won't get added in. So, I don't know if you (or anyone) else bought this during the Black Friday sale but I'm gonna whole heartedly say that even thought you get everything, you basically have to fully pre-customize your experience to make it barely useable.
